"The Vocational Training Center (VTC) at Sole Trader “Alpha – Hristo Stefanov” began its activities in early 2004.
On May 19, 2004, it was granted License No. 200412166 by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET) under the Council of Ministers.
